SECTION 5 – CUSTOM PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Certain custom apparel, headwear, or industrial workwear items may be available exclusively online through www.longbreak.com. Because products are custom-manufactured to order, returns, exchanges, and replacements are handled strictly in accordance with our separate Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, fabric textures, and embellishment details of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be 100% precise. We reserve the right to limit the sales or order quantities of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS

All shipments placed via www.longbreak.com are subject to our unified fulfillment guidelines:

• Carrier & Scope: Standard international orders and samples are delivered globally via China Post ePacket (EMS Global Service).

• Transit Times: Estimated delivery times range between 7 to 10 business days following dispatch.

• Tracking: Real-time shipment progress can be tracked directly at https://www.ems.com.cn/english/.

• Sign-Off: Clients must inspect cargo and confirm receipt within 24 hours (1 calendar day) of arrival. Unauthorized package refusals are prohibited. For missing or stolen parcels marked as delivered, clients should contact local postal authorities immediately.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, defect claims, and refunds on www.longbreak.com follow our transparent claim protocol:

• Claims: Defect or sample discrepancy claims must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

• Process: Claims are resolved through friendly consultation (offering partial/full refunds or free re-production).

• Refund Path & Timing: Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method and typically take 3 to 5 business daysto arrive.

SECTION 8 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Furthermore, all brand artwork, vector files, and tech pack specifications provided by you remain your exclusive intellectual property and will be treated with strict confidentiality.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
